WikiLeaks serves a very specific purpose, and a similar site would be useful to catalog all the actions taken during a three-generation effort to rewild humans.
It would be a bit like when terror groups claim responsibility for something, except often the actions would be too small for the mainstream media to report on – but collectively the actions are telling.
The owners of the website can be as immune as Julian Assange was in theory, with all submissions being anonymous, with anything identifying the perpetrator stripped out. Photos and videos would be necessary. Vetting would be needed to remove anything unrelated or frivolous.
Of course, such a site, especially with its own channels on the socials, would be highly motivational.
My presumption is that instructions could not be given, just factual descriptions of outcomes, like an actual news report. How to guides would need to be on the dark web or circulated underground.
